BN, 62, requires reading glasses to read books or computer use. He tends to tilt head back to read up-close. He also frequently gets eye tics due to the stress on his eyes.
The distance he can read comfortably (w/o squinting or tilting head) with glasses at the start of therapy was 19.5 inches.
After the first session, BN commented that his eyes felt refreshed & bright. After the 3rd session, he noticed he is having less eye tics and at the end of the 10 session, the eye tics have not returned. Again, I measured the distance and he improved from 19.5 inches to 23 inches with glasses.
